BM Workshop are the largest independent BMW and Mini repairer in New Zealand.

Previously, BM Workshop had worked with several digital marketing agencies but couldn’t find one that really understood Guido and his business goals. A cookie cutter approach had previously been tried without any success. Guido and the team were looking for a complete digital marketing strategy that brought both immediate lead generation for the parts and service department, but also gave the brand the credit it deserved as market leaders in New Zealand.

This included install Google analytics to understand current website behaviour, integrating offline event such as call recording and attribution so we could monitor all online and offline leads, create multiple campaigns including Google AdWords with localised targetting and algorithm bidding, Display and remarketing with banners for the business, and social media advertising targetting people who owned a BMW in New Zealand and matched a certain income bracket.

The results have been phenomenal, and as a result, BM Workshop are booked out 4-6 weeks in advance, Have driven more than 500 leads per month from our campaigns and is the only form of marketing the team use on a monthly basis.
